Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You can return an item to us within 365
days of placing your order providing the item is brand new, unused and in its original packaging with the proof of original purchase.
If you would like to make a return you must
first email us on email@example.com,
with the subject “Returns”. Please include your customer order number in the
subject line and we will be happy to process your return.
If you made an order in error, or have
simply changed your mind, then you have until 2:30pm on the day of placing the
order to cancel. Should you place an
order on a Saturday or a Sunday, then you have until 2:30pm on the next working
day to cancel.
